Come, Sit at My Table

Listen To Audio

There comes a time as you age, when you walk away from all the drama and the people who create it.

You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad and focus on the good

You love the people who treat you well and pray for the ones who don’t because at the end of the day it’s all about how people make you feel

Life is too short to be anything but happy

Falling down is a part of life and getting back up is living

Surround yourself with those who see your worth, remind you of your strength, and push you toward your greatness.

Because when wisdom and gratitude become your foundation and growth becomes your focus, life has no choice but to rise to meet you.

Reach out to (8) eight people who have touched your life and who you think might want to sit at your table and invite them to share your journey

Because today at this table, may there be peace within

as you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be

that you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born in yourself and others

and you use the gifts you have received and pass on the love that has been given to you

May you be content with yourself just the way you are

and let this knowledge settle into your bones and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love

And may you surround yourself with those who challenge you to grow, remind you to laugh, and believe in your light even when you forget it shines
